Below is a list of resources you can use to explore further.

ULEV: The ULEV Experience is a business engagement programme, supported by Nottingham City Council, which offers local businesses – clinics, workshops, EV test drives and loans, fleet reviews and access to grant funding for the installation of charge points.

LEVEL: Low Emission Vehicle Enterprise and Learning delivers ULEV-related:

  • Skills training Workshops.
  • e-learning training courses.
  • Research and consultancy projects including fostering industry supply chain collaborations.

OLEV: The Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) is a team working across government to support the early market for ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEV).

Energy Savings Trust: A government funded fleet consultancy, has a long history of providing advice and support to fleets to influence and shape vehicle procurement decisions, encourage the adoption of the cleanest new vehicles and reduce grey fleet mileage (employees using their own vehicles for work purposes). In the last decade EST has provided support to nearly 2,000 organisations, including undertaking 200 fleet reviews.

Zap Map: A very handy tool that enables drivers to locate and update EV charge points in UK & Ireland; with advice, help, and tools on charging points and electric vehicles.

NCR: This was established by the UK Government in 2011 to provide a public database of publicly-funded chargepoints across the UK in support of the Government’s objective to promote the use and sales of Ultra Low Emission vehicles (ULEVs). Operators or owners of any publicly accessible chargepoint may register their data.

Nottingham EVs: The club provides a network and community for EV owners living or wokring in the Nottingham area. Through meet ups, events and being involved in the wider community they hope to promote the uptake of EV ownership in Nottinghamshire.
